These bookmarks are professionally printed onto 100% recycled matte 350gsm card, providing a sturdy and tactile finish. The nature of the recycled cardstock means the paper has some flecks here and there, adding a depth of texture and adding individual charm to each item.
The colours of the print you receive may be slightly different from those that you see on Etsy, due to differences in screen colour settings.
This bookmark measures roughly 14.5 x 5.5cm.
COVID-19 NOTICE
Due to the worldwide pandemic, shipping times may be significantly longer than expected. Please take these delays into consideration when ordering for birthdays or holidays as I cannot refund orders that are delivered late.
I will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 5 days of purchase. Orders including pre-order items will be posted when all items are available.
UK orders will be posted 2nd class via Royal Mail, though you can upgrade this to first-class or add tracking for an additional fee at checkout.
Please remember, I cannot refund orders that are delivered late.
GENERAL NOTICE
Once an order has shipped, I have no control over where the item is or how long it will take to get to you. If you have tracking included in your shipping, please check the tracking to find out where your delivery is before sending me a message (please wait for me to message you your tracking number).
If you have any other issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to message me. I’ll do my best to resolve any issues you have. If you’re not happy, I’m not happy!
If items are delivered to you damaged, please send me a message as soon as you can, and we can resolve the problem together.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under EU law, you have the right to return any non-custom item within 14 days of receiving it. I will try to resolve whatever issue you are having, but if you do decide to return the item it will need to be returned using the same shipping method as I had used previously. For example, if I sent the item to you with tracking, you must return it with tracking. I will NOT pay for the return shipping costs.
I will provide your refund within 14 days of me receiving the item back, and I will refund both what you paid for the item and what you originally paid in shipping to receive the item. I am not responsible for refunding any customs fees or other taxes that are incurred for international buyers.
Items returned to me must be in their original condition when they get back to me. If items are delivered back to me in an unresaleable condition, I may refuse your refund or reduce it to a partial refund. To ensure items return to me in the highest quality possible, please ensure that the parcel cannot be bent and that it is thoroughly sealed.
